Refund Policy

At Godspeed Tennis Academy, we strive to provide the best possible training experience for all our students and participants.
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for coaching programs, events, or any other services offered by the academy.

1. General Policy

All fees paid for coaching programs, events, or memberships are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
By completing payment and registration, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Program & Event Cancellations by Participant

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program or event start date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Once a program or event has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances (including missed classes, personal schedule conflicts, or early withdrawal).

3. Cancellations by Godspeed Tennis Academy

In the rare case that a program or event is cancelled or postponed by the academy due to insufficient registrations, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit transfer to another upcoming program or event.

  • If the session is rescheduled, the academy will provide adequate notice and participants may opt to continue or request a refund.

4. Weather or Unforeseen Disruptions

  • Sessions cancelled due to bad weather, government regulations, or other unavoidable events will be rescheduled whenever possible.

  • Refunds will not be provided for sessions affected by such events if rescheduling is offered.

5. Medical or Emergency Refund Requests

If a participant is unable to continue a program due to a medical emergency or serious condition:

  • A prorated refund or credit may be considered at the discretion of management.

  • Valid medical documentation must be provided within 7 days of withdrawal.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, or bank transfer).

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days of approval.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees

  • Membership fees

  • Equipment, merchandise, or apparel purchases

  • One-time trial sessions or drop-in classes
